DAVE KOWALCHUK – PRESIDENT

Dave Kowalchuk has lived in Orlando, FL for over 30 years. Due to his fathers job he spent his early years  living abroad.  This experience helped him develop an appreciation for different cultures and the arts. He attended Dr. Phillips High School and graduated from Florida State University.

Dave majored in Interior Design at FSU, a field that allowed him to merge his artistic sensibilities with functional design. During his time at FSU, Dave met Brian Caruso, who would become not only his business partner but also one his closest friends. Their shared interests and complementary skills forged a strong partnership that would significantly shape their professional lives.

After graduating, Dave Kowalchuk spent two decades in corporate America, establishing himself as a top sales executive with some of the largest technology firms. His tenure in the corporate world was marked by a series of impressive achievements and a reputation for excellence in sales and client relations. Dave’s ability to understand and meet the needs of his clients, combined with his strategic acumen, made him a standout in the competitive tech industry.

Despite his success in the corporate arena, Dave’s passion for design remained a driving force. In 2024, he transitioned from his corporate career to focus on his true calling. Leveraging his background in interior design, Dave brought a unique artistic approach to this field. He meticulously applied his design skills to create intricate and high-quality concrete surfaces, turning ordinary spaces into extraordinary places. His attention to detail and dedication to crafting masterful designs have garnered him recognition and respect in the industry.

Personal Life

Dave has called the Orlando area home for over 30 years, a testament to his deep-rooted connection to the community. Dave is the proud parent of twin girls, both of whom attend Winter Park High School. The Kowalchuk family is actively involved in their local community and values the importance of education, sports and artistic expression.

Outside of his professional achievements, Dave enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the cultural and recreational opportunities that Orlando has to offer. His love for art and design extends beyond his work, and he often engages in creative projects that blend his personal interests with his professional expertise.
